Summary

This study explores how regular video or phone check-ins between patients with advanced breast cancer, their caregivers, and their oncology team can improve the hospice experience at home. Researchers will enroll 200 participants in Massachusetts to see if this approach is practical and helpful. The goal is to learn how to better support patients and families during end-of-life care.
