Summary
This study is testing a new telehealth program called Project REACH at syringe service sites. The goal is to see if it's a practical and acceptable way to help people who use drugs get better access to HIV prevention and treatment services. The research will involve about 121 participants and will measure how many people join and stay in the program, their comfort with telehealth, and their use of key health services.
