New study offers online support for cancer caregivers facing depression and debt

Summary
This study tests a telehealth program for caregivers of patients undergoing a major cancer surgery. The goal is to see if connecting caregivers with resources can reduce their stress, depression, and financial burden. About 50 adult caregivers will participate. The program is delivered online or by phone, so caregivers can join from home.
