Summary
This study is testing a telehealth program designed to help young cancer patients access fertility preservation services. It aims to see if the program helps more patients get the fertility care that matches their personal goals and reduces the stress of making these decisions. The trial will enroll up to 2,800 patients across multiple clinics to see how well the program works in real-world settings.
