Summary

This study tested whether a personalized exercise plan done at home could help childhood cancer survivors who have trouble exercising due to past treatment. 181 survivors took part, using video calls and a heart rate monitor to follow their plan. The goal was to see if this approach could improve their fitness, heart and lung health, and overall quality of life.
