Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized, home-based exercise program delivered via telehealth can help childhood cancer survivors who have difficulty with physical activity. Researchers are comparing a tailored exercise plan to general activity guidelines to see which better improves exercise capacity, heart and lung function, and overall quality of life. The goal is to help survivors become more active and improve their daily functioning.
