Summary
This study is testing whether a telehealth coaching program helps patients and their doctors make better, more informed decisions about lung cancer screening. It involves nearly 600 current or former heavy smokers aged 50-77. The goal is to see if coaching leads to more screening discussions, higher screening rates, and better follow-up care.
