Summary

This study tests different ways to deliver exercise programs remotely to 257 adults with physical disabilities that limit mobility. Participants get access to recorded workout videos and weekly wellness articles, and some also receive health coaching or live training sessions. The goal is to find the best sequence of support to help people stay physically active over 32 weeks.
