Can Music-Based workouts from home ease pain for spinal injury patients?
NCT ID NCT03925077
Summary
This study tested two different 8-week exercise programs delivered remotely to adults with spinal cord injury. One program used music-based movement, while the other was a standard exercise routine. Researchers compared these to a control group to see which approach better increased physical activity and improved symptoms like pain, fatigue, and sleep quality.
