Yoga from home may ease endometriosis pain and fatigue

Summary

This study tests whether live, online yoga classes (Tele-Yoga) can help women with endometriosis feel less pelvic pain and fatigue and improve their quality of life. About 66 women who do not currently exercise will be randomly assigned to either Tele-Yoga or their usual care. Researchers will measure pain, fatigue, and overall well-being before and after the program.
