NCT ID NCT07557667

First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether balance exercises done at home with a trainer on video call can improve walking, balance, and thinking in older adults who are at risk of falling. Sixty people aged 65 and older will be randomly assigned to either remote or in-person training for 8 weeks. Both groups will do the same exercises that combine movement with mental tasks. The goal is to see if remote training works as well as face-to-face sessions.
