At-home shoulder fix: self-massage boosts online rehab results
NCT ID NCT07610954
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether adding a self-massage technique (Self-Mulligan) to online physical therapy helps people with shoulder pain more than online therapy alone. 52 adults with shoulder pain for at least 3 months took part. Both groups improved, but those who also did the self-massage had greater pain relief and better shoulder movement.
