Summary
This study tests a telehealth version of Parent Child Interaction Therapy (Tele-PCIT) for 50 young children aged 2 to 6 with disruptive behavior and a history of adverse childhood experiences. Parents and children will work with a therapist via video to improve parenting skills and reduce child behavior problems and trauma symptoms. The goal is to see if this remote therapy can help families who face barriers to in-person care.
