Summary

This study tested a 6-session group program for teenagers struggling with emotional distress after the 2019 Christchurch mosque attacks. The program combined proven therapy techniques with Islamic principles. 26 teens took part, and researchers measured changes in emotional symptoms, trauma, and daily functioning.
