New program aims to break Teens' vaping addiction

NCT ID NCT06765291

Summary

This study is testing whether a special behavioral program, combined with text message support, is better than basic education at helping teenagers quit vaping nicotine. About 400 teens who vape weekly and want to quit will be randomly assigned to receive either the full program or just educational materials. Researchers will track who successfully stops vaping for at least four weeks using both self-reports and saliva tests.
