Researchers track teen anxiety and test counseling program
NCT ID NCT07375784
Summary
This study aimed to understand the mental and emotional state of 80 teenagers (ages 14-17) experiencing psychological distress. Researchers measured their anxiety and distress levels and then offered a 10-session counseling program to those who needed it. The goal was to see how common these issues are and to learn if the counseling sessions helped improve the teens' well-being.
