New hope for teens struggling with asthma

Summary
This study is testing if adding a third medicine (umeclidinium) to a standard two-medicine inhaler helps teens with asthma breathe better. About 290 teens aged 12-17 whose asthma is not well-controlled on their current inhaler will use either the triple or dual inhaler for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure lung function and how well symptoms are controlled to see which treatment works better.
