First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at how to best help teens with mild alcohol problems during regular doctor visits. About 615 teens aged 12-17 will get a short counseling session, and researchers will test whether adding a caregiver session or an online program works better than no caregiver involvement. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to reduce teen drinking that can be used in primary care.
