Can smartphones keep liver transplant patients alive longer?

Summary

This study tests whether smartphone tools, hospital resources, and caregiver support can help liver transplant recipients take their medications correctly. About 360 adults who recently received a liver transplant will participate across three centers. The goal is to improve medication adherence, quality of life, and long-term health outcomes.
