Phone apps vs. In-Person therapy: finding the best path to arm recovery after breast cancer

NCT ID NCT06156397

Summary

This study tested three different exercise programs to help women regain arm and shoulder function after breast cancer surgery. 45 women who had surgery with lymph node removal were randomly assigned to either supervised in-person exercises, a telerehabilitation program, or a mobile app-supported exercise plan. Researchers measured shoulder movement, strength, pain, and quality of life to see which approach worked best for recovery.
