First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether technology-based rehab (like smartphone apps or video calls) can help women regain arm and shoulder movement after breast cancer surgery. 45 women who had surgery with lymph node removal used either supervised exercise, a telerehab program, or a mobile app. The goal was to see if these tech tools work as well as in-person rehab for reducing arm disability.
