NCT ID NCT05293756
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app can help older African Americans better manage their high blood pressure. Researchers want to see if using the app for reminders and support helps people take their medications more consistently and improves their blood pressure readings over a year. The goal is to find a practical, tech-based tool to close health gaps and reduce risks of heart disease and stroke.
