Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week home exercise program using mobile technology, alone or combined with acupressure or mindfulness, could reduce fatigue in cancer survivors. 110 adults who had completed cancer treatment or were on immunotherapy took part. The goal was to see if these approaches improve physical function and well-being.
