Summary

This study tests a drug called tebentafusp combined with treatments directed at the liver (like embolization or chemo-embolization) for people with a rare eye cancer (uveal melanoma) that has spread to the liver. About 109 adults with a specific immune type (HLA-A*0201) will participate. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer longer.
