Summary
This study tested a device called TearCare against another device, LipiFlow, in 235 adults with dry eye disease caused by blocked oil glands. The goal was to see if TearCare safely improves tear quality and eye comfort. Participants received one treatment session, and researchers measured changes in tear stability and gland function over time.
