Summary
This study tests a training program designed to improve how doctors, nurses, and other staff communicate with each other in hospitals treating children with cancer in low-resource settings. It aims to see if better teamwork and communication can improve patient care and survival. The program will be tested in a small number of hospitals that have been identified as having communication challenges.
