Summary

This study tests whether a reward-based exercise program called TEAM Me can help children and young adults with cancer stay active during a stem cell transplant. Participants earn tokens for walking and other activities, which they can trade for prizes. The goal is to see if the program is safe, doable, and improves fitness and quality of life. About 60 people aged 6 to 29 will take part.
