Summary
This study tested a physical therapy method to teach nursing home residents how to get up from the floor. Researchers worked with 26 older adults to see if learning this skill could improve their mobility, strength, and confidence. The goal was to reduce fear of falling and help residents move around more independently in their daily lives.
