Summary
This study tests a program called TOTAL that uses an educational video and motivational coaching sessions over video calls to help veterans with obesity start proven treatments like weight management classes, medications, or surgery. The goal is to see if this approach increases the number of veterans who begin and stick with a treatment plan. The study involves 440 veterans and will track results for 18 months.
