Summary

This study tests a program called TEACH-ER that helps children with asthma after they leave the emergency room. It includes education, a virtual doctor visit within a week, and follow-up video calls to support medication use and management. The goal is to reduce future asthma attacks and hospital visits. About 430 children ages 3 to 12 will take part.
