Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can lower stress and burnout in university professors. Sixty participants will receive either real or sham tDCS for 20 minutes per session, 10 times over 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in stress and burnout using questionnaires right after treatment and again 5 weeks later.
