Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program can help healthcare professionals recover from work-related stress and reduce burnout. Researchers will track changes in stress recovery, anxiety, depression, and well-being over six months, and will also measure stress hormones from hair samples.
