Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can improve motor function in people with Parkinson's disease. Thirty adults with moderate-stage Parkinson's will receive repeated sessions over a week. The goal is to see if this safe, portable treatment can offer a drug-free way to ease movement problems.
