Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can improve thinking skills like memory and attention in veterans who have both mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The stimulation is given remotely while participants do cognitive training at home. The trial will include 46 veterans and compare active stimulation to a placebo.
