Summary

This study explores whether adding a gentle brain stimulation technique called tDCS to regular speech therapy is practical and helpful for people who have trouble speaking after a stroke. About 30 participants will receive tDCS during their therapy sessions in a rehab hospital. The main goal is to see if this approach is easy to use and acceptable to patients and therapists.
