Engineered immune cells take aim at Hard-to-Treat KRAS cancers

NCT ID NCT07594067

First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called TCR1188-ABC for people with certain advanced cancers (pancreatic, colorectal, lung, or bile duct) that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12V. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the cells can be made reliably. About 30 adults will take part.
