This trial tests whether placing a synthetic bone graft material called beta-tricalcium phosphate into the gap around a dental implant helps it stay stable and promotes bone growth. The study involves 16 adults aged 20 to 50 who need an upper front tooth replaced immediately after extraction and have a gap larger than 2 mm. Half receive the graft, half do not, and implant stability and bone density are measured over 6 months.
