Summary

This study will observe 2500 adults with chronic diseases who receive Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine (TCIM) during hospital stays at three German centers. The goal is to measure how treatments like hyperthermia, exercise, mind-body therapy, and nutrition affect health and quality of life. Participants will fill out surveys, and no experimental drugs or procedures are involved.
