Summary
This study aims to find the best methods to screen for tuberculosis (TB) and the safest time to give TB preventive medicine to pregnant women living with HIV in Uganda. It will compare different screening tests and whether to start preventive treatment during pregnancy or after birth. The goal is to prevent serious health problems for both mothers and their babies by catching and stopping TB early.
