New daily pill aims to prevent TB in kids, including those with HIV

Summary
This study tests a 28-day daily pill combination (rifapentine and isoniazid) to prevent tuberculosis (TB) in children under 13. Up to 144 children, some with HIV and some without, will take part to find the best dose and check for side effects. Participants will be followed for 24 weeks.
