First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at two different ways to prevent tuberculosis (TB) in pregnant women who also have HIV. About 252 pregnant women will take either a daily TB prevention pill for one month or a weekly pill for three months. Researchers want to see if these treatments are safe for both the mother and baby, and if they affect the HIV medication dolutegravir.
