Summary
This study used special PET scans to track where the tuberculosis drug pretomanid goes in the body. Ten people with TB received a tiny radioactive version of the drug, and scans showed how much reached infected areas like lung cavities. The goal was to learn how the drug behaves, not to test a new treatment.
