Summary

This study tested new combinations of TB drugs to see how quickly they kill TB bacteria in the lungs. 127 adults with drug-sensitive TB took one of several experimental two-drug combos or standard care for 14 days. After that, everyone switched to standard TB treatment. The goal was to find faster-acting combos that are safe and well-tolerated.
