Summary
This study tests if using better tools—like chest X-rays with computer help and multiple sample types—can find more tuberculosis cases in clinics in Guinea-Bissau and Ethiopia. About 1,584 adults with TB symptoms will be split into two groups: one gets standard care, the other gets the improved testing. The goal is to see if the new approach catches more cases and gets people on treatment sooner, which could help stop the disease from spreading.
