First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether combining tazemetostat with either linperlisib or golidocitinib can safely shrink tumors in people with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma. About 48 adults who have already tried at least one other treatment will receive the drugs by mouth. The goal is to find a better option for patients who have few choices left.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
tazemetostat combined with linperlisib or golidocitinib
What this could lead to
If successful, this could offer a new treatment option for people with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma who have few alternatives.
What could go wrong
This is an early-phase trial with a small number of participants (48). The combination may not work better than existing treatments, and side effects could be significant.
