Summary
This study compares two ways to replace a narrowed heart valve in patients 65 and older: a less invasive procedure (TAVR) versus open-heart surgery. The goal is to see which method works better for people with small valve openings, focusing on how well the new valve functions and the risk of complications like stroke or bleeding. About 300 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments.
