First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study is testing a new way to fix a leaky heart valve (aortic regurgitation) without open-heart surgery. About 180 people with moderate-to-severe aortic regurgitation will receive a new valve system called VitaFlow Liberty through a tube in the leg. The goal is to see if this procedure is safe and effective compared to standard treatments, focusing on preventing death, stroke, or hospital readmission over one year.
