This study tests whether adding a gentle electrical stimulation to the ear — targeting the vagus nerve — can improve pain and function in adults with complex regional pain syndrome type I (CRPS-I) affecting the hand or arm. All participants receive standard rehabilitation, but half also get active nerve stimulation while the other half gets a sham device.
