Summary
This study looks at how a protein called tau builds up in the brain and how it relates to thinning in key memory areas. Researchers will scan 150 older adults, some with mild cognitive impairment and some healthy, using special PET and MRI techniques. The goal is to better understand early brain changes that may lead to Alzheimer's disease.
