Summary
This study tested if combining the oral drug TAS-102 with targeted radiation therapy (SBRT) is safe and effective for controlling colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. The goal was to find the best dose and see if the drug makes the radiation work better to kill cancer cells. It involved 52 adults with 1-4 liver tumors who could not have surgery.
