Summary

This study aimed to test a combination of two drugs, tarlatamab and sacituzumab govitecan, in adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer or extrapulmonary neuroendocrine cancer that had returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal was to see if the combination was safe and could shrink tumors. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants.
