First seen Dec 26, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests a 10-week, at-home program called SCORES that uses computer exercises and group support to boost processing speed—how quickly the brain handles information—in 54 teens at high risk for psychosis. The goal is to see if faster thinking leads to better social skills and lowers the chance of developing psychosis. Participants must have slow processing speed and early warning signs but no current schizophrenia diagnosis.
